i thought that i would add this section to the forum, because i am currently on the protocol and so far am having some decent results. Right now im taking charcoal (which helps alot), folapro, and hydrox b12. Ive only been doing it for about 2 weeks so it might take more time to determine whether it is going to help or not.

Also i thought this would be a good place to discuss the genetic profile because they are so difficult to understand.

here's a link to my blog where i discuss it in more detail

I too have found taking charcoal of some benefit in the past. I was just wondering how much you take and at what times of day, that is how long you allow between taking charcoal and taking any supplments.

I took 2 560mg pills twice a day. I tried to take them an hour or more after i took my supplements, so they absorb any of the pills i was taking.
They definatley helped me, and most other supplements that detox also help alot.

i was thinking about doing this. Im not sure that i want to pay for the genetic testing, but i might do the simplified protocol. That sounds easy enough.

I tried a couse of antibiotics, as was recommened to me by a doctor, but that didnt do a whole lot for me. Back to the drawing board.

I was doing a little reading about this, i guess that the treatment was first being used on autistic kids, but now is being used on chronic fatigue. I want to know if anyone is doing any better on it.
