I have this problem also and was checking around to see if anyone else had similar problems. I have sharp pains along the bottom
of my feet. I tried out doing some walking to exercise yesterday andby the end of my walk my feet were hurting so bad. I hae leg pains also and that seems to be similar to other people with fibromyalga too.
Have a good night, i hope that you find something to help with your feet! |

I have foot and leg pains randomly that prevent me from sleeping. I just attributed it to my flat feet, hammer toes and bunions
But then i went to this site: http://www.fibromyalgiatreatment.com/hypoglycemia.htm
And read up on Hypoglycemia.
It seems when you have a large amount of sugar in your body your brain goes "make more insulin! make more Adrenaline!" So now you are all hyped up on drugs and you start feeling good. Afterwards though you tend to feel tired but fibro patients get pains in their legs wether they were using them or not! What happens is your body is stressed and tired and used a ton of nrg to stop all the energy from coming in. You are so tired that it hurts to keep pumping to your legs and extremities. At least that was the jist that i got from this.
Make sure to check out that site. it has good stuff on it. |

| I also have foot pain. It started this summer. I had my legs checked for diabetic neuropathy. It isn't that. When I take my tramadol, that helps a lot. It happens when I'm on my feel a lot, or just at the end of the day, especially when I sit down. |

| There is a product out there called KFH Energy which is designed to alleviate pain and fatigue. Kingfisher, who patented the device, is currently seeking clearance from the FDA to market the product. Here is the article http://www.prnewswire.co.uk/cgi/news/release?id=211955 |

Hi there,
I have pain along the bottoms of my feet, into my achilles sometimes. The more I walk on them, the worse they get. I have been taking Synflex (antiflam) and putting them on iced peas. I also do a stretching exercise frequently during the day which stops them from seizing up with the inflammation. Point your toes forward as far as you can, hold, then point them back towards you as far as you can. This keeps the achilles and calf muscles stretched. I don't get any leg pain though, and do notice that the more sugar I have and stressed I get, the foot pain can increase. |
