Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia

I'm looking for the BEST inpatient treatment program for CFS, one that also has excellent after care, and long term follow-up.

I am in the Buffalo, NY area temporarily, at my parents, until I find a place to be treated, preferably in a year-round, sunny, warm weather location (since I also have SAD). Therefore, I am willing to go virtually anywhere that takes MEDICARE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! (and hopefully soon, because I'm not functioning well at all anymore).
