I was experimenting with breathing exercises recently as I was told that they could provide more energy. One of them is really helping me a lot. Its a Chinese Tai Chi exercise. Go to this site
http://cas.umkc.edu/casww/brethexr.htm
Look for the Chinese breath exercises - theres actualy only one. I am doing this several times a day and it definitely gives me some extra energy - probably because it oxygenates the blood so well.
Simple but it is defintely helping me.

i did hyperaric oxygen treatments for a while. It cleared my brain fog by about 50%, but it only lasted for 2 hours after i did the treatment. I definatly think that low oxygen to the brain might be causing alot of the concetration problems. Ive also had p.e.t. and spect brain scans and they both showed low blood flow to the brain.

I bet those breathing excersices would help. They probably hep get more o2 into the blood and also help relax you.

Ill give em a shot.

Yes this exercise is definitely helping me. One of my main problems has been drowsiness as well as physical fatigue and this exercise is making my brain wake up - its really good.
The exercise tells you to take three short breaths as you do the exercise. I make sure that those 3 short breaths do add up to a very full breath. As you spread your arms wide it seems to stretch your lungs to get more air and the same when you put your arms up high. I make sure my hands touch above my head and the I breath out until I've got almost all the breath out of my lungs before I breath in again. I do it as much as 10 times a day.
It costs nothing and the exercise helps move your muscles. I would recommend it to anyone not just people with CFS.

Not only was my post deleted, but my account deleted as well. I have nothing to market, nothing to sell. Nothing to gain from sharing this information.

I have found something that I guarantee will help people on the board. Yes I am enthusiastic about it, I want to share it and my info gets deleted outright?

SO, I suppose the question I should ask is how can I help without getting banned?
