MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE massage

has anyone tried this type of massage? before i commit to £30 for it i wanted to know if it is helpful in anyway?

Just move around and the fluid will move in your lymph system. This is why some sort of movement/exercise is a must as toxins can just accumulate in your body. You really shouldn't need a lymph massage, unless you are bed bound or something.

ok would you reccomend getting any other type of massage?

Ease into massages...concentrate on neck and shoulders and head initially.
