Well, when I had fibro (related to CFS) I had TMJ at the same time. This could be responsible for the soreness of mouth, etc. Tell your doctor and you can get it checked (or they can tell you if they think it is something else). My running into things/ balance problems also went away when I got well.
what got me well? for me, it was: accepting my brain was tired (not dangerous, don't worry!) and i learned to deal with this by reading hope and help for your nerves, by relaxing (baths, etc.), getting sleep (i used valium for a month or so and then used nighttime baths, and then used california poppy as necessary. i recommend none of this as i am not a doctor and only your doctor can tell you what is right for you). learning not to worry about my illness helped me once i knew that i didn't have any other problems besides a tired brain. also, get your digestion checked. it turned out i had an ulcer that kept waking me up in the middle of the night long after my other symptoms were healed. you may not see yourself in the hope and help for your nerves book but it certainly helped me beyond belief once i got over the idea that it didn't sound exactly like fibro. that guppta (sp?) program everyone is talking about would probably help, too. self-hypnosis was great for me, too.
