I've been getting migraines almost every day. what to do?

That link is interesting, I ve never drunk tea and coffee with a meal in over 5 years as I believed it leached magnesium from the body (cant remember where I got that information from).

On a different topic last year we had our first oranges from a tree in the garden. I started to have fresh orange juice every morning ... after 3 days I had terrific non-stop migraine for nearly a week. I stopped eating oranges and hey presto I havent had a serious (ie migraine 2-3 days) for ages. Soya milk also triggers worse fatigue and hints of migraine coming, so Ive stopped consuming all soya related products.
