Hi kenvj, I was thinking about this very topic last night. Although I dont drink coffee direct, I use decaff products, which looking on the 'net seems much worse than drinking coffee, due to all the processes it goes through. I am just going to have to try giving up the decaff now, which to be honest, the 'boost' I get must be completely psychological...but it is a pleasant taste, especially when I get my frother out and make a decaff cappochino with almond milk! yum.
I will have to revert to the No-caff drink made from organic ground roots...which I quite like, but is sometimes difficult to get hold of

One drink I highly recommend is dandelion tea. It is so packed with nutrients and health giving benefits I am amazed it is not on the shelf of every supermarket.
