I read a post on Curezone saying that Lugols is more effective than Iodoral. I want to take Iodine for my thyroid. low body temp, and cold hands and feet all the time depite normal blood tests. Could anyone tell me which is more effective? thanks. alice
I take lugol, that's much cheaper, you can take it for 1 year for the price of month iodoral. That's the same thing really, if you don't mind the taste, go with lugol to save bucks. You can put a vitamin c pill in it and it all shift into iodide and become tasteless and colorless like water.
Yes Lugol is A LOT cheaper than Iodoral. 90 tabs of Iodoral(12.5mg) costs about £25 which if you're taking 4 per day works out as 3 weeks worth. With all the other supplements I'm taking its just too expensive... How does the Lugols work- how many drops should I take for the equivalent of 50mg of Iodoral? I found this on a UK website High strength 5% Iodine 7% potassium Iodide content. is that the right strength?? aaah so confused...
