The woman i see for cranio-sacral therapy has recommended I see her colleague who is a herbalist. Has anyone had any luck with herbs for CFS? Not sure what they'll give me. I am almost certain I need stuff for adrenal insufficiency and thyroid

Indian herbs like Ashwaghandra and Rhodioloa for adrenal fatigue have been helpful.

I've heard that Natures Sunshine Thyroid Support is supposed to be good - I'm meaning to try it myself.

I tried Ashwaghandra for about month and it seemed to aggrevate my pain a whole of a lot more so be careful taking it. I also felt it made me more toxic while i was on it.

Went yesterday to see the herbalist and she spent an hour asking me about all sorts of things, immunity, digestion etc I was impressed especially considering the average appointment time with my GP lasts all of 5 mins! At the end she gave me a tincture containing among other things lemon balm, licorice. Am hoping for good results.

Just to let you guys MOST herbs are not approved by the FDA and SOMETIMES ingredients are left out on the sides of the bottle. Just be careful who you put your trust in. There are rules on medication and supplements for a reason.
