Fred so sorry to hear about your struggles. Life doesn't seem very fair to you. I now Hong Kong is a beautiful place. I always wanted to stay at the Peninsular Hotel if I am ever able to go there. I would like to have lots of clothes made too.

Please forgive yourself and ask God to forgive you for the encounter with the prostitute or whatever it was you did. God still has a plan for your life, and you must stay alive! Things will get better. I think most of us have been to the point where we wanted to end it all. I know I sure have and even recently. But I believe things will get better for you. Please just try to be content in the present state that you are in. Ask God to give you His peace. He will help you through this. You can't try to fight it all on your own. Your life is NOT over. Yes, it may be altered some, but maybe you will completely recover. No matter what happens, you can carry on and there is always hope that things will get better--even if it is just one thing at a time.

And a lot of us don't live the perfect life we imagined for ourselves. Yes when I think back I should have played football at Georgia Tech and gotten my BSEE degree. I should have married a cute girl and had 3 kids and lived in a nice house and then moved up to an even nicer house. I should have been active in my church and enjoyed going to football games and birthday parties, etc. But, it didn't quite work out that way. I've been single all my life. I have really been happy in my relationship with my God though.

So, you may never read this post because this board seems kind of slow. But I really believe things will get better for you. Please just try to be content for now and thank God for the simple things in life. Imagine being a wheel chair the rest of your life or being blind or being in pain or how about all 3 of those things at the same time?? There are some people like that. God bless.
