Would anyone here recommend taking D-Ribose? I've heard it helps the fatigue. I don't want to waste more on something which doesnt help. I thought I would get some more advice on it before trying.

hey neil,
i tried it and it didn't really do a whole lot for me. I don't respond well to stimulants though. It gave me nervous energy, and i didn't really like it.
But if you are the type that responds to adderall or stimuants, it might work out better.
overall i haven't heard anyone really say that it worked really well for them
