ME and CFS

OK - so I have been around for some time and have exchanged my experiences with some of you.

I can categorically say that I am heading the right direction towards wellness and I know you can too.

What is working for me is Ashoks Amygdala program and additonal techniques which my coach has taught me ie EFT and also listening to some CDS to put me in a deeper calmer state.

I hope this gives you all encouragement - I was sick for 20 years but now well on the road to TOTAL recovery!

Thanks

Brilliant to see a near-happy ending CS

Wishing you continued success in your recovery

I too have found the Gupta AR to be the turning point for me.
Im pleased to say i have just returned from a break with my kids,
i drove, i cooked, i even had a night of insomnia due to noise
from a busy road - and still didnt crash and burn. Two yrs ago
the panic and anxiety symptoms meant i didnt venture out much
on my own.
When i started AR id been ill 12 yrs and had forgotten what normality
was (as most of us here do, sadly) Im still having symptoms but believe
they will go in time. Do you still have daily symptoms?
My shoulder pain has been terrible this past 6 wks or so, im putting
it down to bearing the weight of a couple of recent life threatening
events my son had. It knocked my amygdala into overdrive
