What do you do during restorative rest?
Reading and computer use make feel tired after a while.

me too they make me tired. I watch tv or dream, I mean daydream, imagine my life how I would like it to be, imagine a nice man by my side etc or winning the lottery and how i'd spend my money, it's fun and it's good to visualize positive situations instead of worrying over CFS.

going on the computer does tire me out as well but for some reason i still go on it cos there isnt much else to do. Daydreaming is something i do a lot. I just imagine how life would be without pain and if i walk normally without dizziness.
