A question on benefits

Postby neil25 » Wed Aug 25, 2010 1:57 am

I live in the uk and i've been on employment and support allowence for good part of 9 months now at the reduced rate because i'm still on appeal for it.

I'm going to university part time starting in a couple of weeks this is only 3 hours weekly of classes. Would I still be entitled to the benefits? anyone in a similar situation or had experience of this?

Thanks
Neil.

is it a full-time university course you're doing? If so, despite the fact that it's only 3 hours I don't think you'll be entitled to any benefits. but you can probably get government funding. I did and it helped a lot
