Stopping Negative thoughts

Postby niaholt » Wed Nov 17, 2010 3:14 pm

I found this on You Tube and it actually works. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jFjk5KB ... re=related Sometimes I get no relief from STOPS and have tried this and to my surprise the thoughts disappear. At the end I place a visualization. It just adds a bit of variety and only takes a minute.

You hit the nail on the head variety is key -

I took 3 months out to relax and add some variety from the AR programme - I did this via a COACH who gave advice - they are the experts.

Until the acelerator comes out - you can add EFT to work on the body ie emotions

To vary the stops when you come to visualise - challenge the thopught directly and say a Positive affirmation in your mind and visualise it....ie I want to cope easily today with all my tasks

Cs,
Thanks for the encouragement in knowing how to branch out a little....add some variety. Can you help me with a problem? I may be uptight or just come out of meditation or relaxing listening to music, when I seriously start chewing the corner of my mouth or grind my teeth. Obviously something is going on in the subconscious.

I consciously try to stop it just by telling myself not to do it. Now I am waking up with sore teeth from grinding.. How do I address this....I am confused when I am not having negative thoughts. Since I live in Australia I have no means of a Coach. Did try phoning Guptas coach once and did not get much help in a ph call and the line was not great to UK.

I grind my teeth in my sleep too and like you Niaholt I get really sore teeth. My teeth are crumbling now and break easy. Some mornings my jaw teeth and face are really painful. Much of the time im not even aware that im keeping so much stress inside. Look forward to seeing the link posted here. Hope you find some relief soon

Im not really qualified to help.

You should seek out a professional coach, I saw afew bad ones before finding a good one.

I used Frances -she trained at OHC in UK and has some alternative views as well as utilising the known techniques :

What Ive found it is VERY uselful when using these techniques become "stuck" - the accelerator will help with this
