To everyone that is having a hard time, just hang in there.Im sure this might not be new news, but i would reccomend seeing a sleep dr or neurologist. I went to probobly one of the best sleep clinics around and i was really great how much they listened, their ideas, and advice for treating my chronic fatigue. Mostly other doctors i had takled to were misinformed. There is so much new research out now that not too many drs know about it. For a while i was being told that my fatigue was just the side effects of medication that i was taking. or some people thought i was just being lazy. I still am waiting to see the results of the study and the tests that they did on me, but it felt good to be taken seriously for once

Thanks alot for the information mary. Im am just recently starting to have semi-normal sleeping patterns. I also have been having some pretty bizarre dreams. Maybe its the sleeping pills though.
