it talbout CFS as a disease - I dont want to be diseased!! or thought of as beig diseased. It also says that ME and CFS are the same thing, I didnt think they were, I thought you could get better form CFS but not from ME?

Of course it is a disease, and sometimes (not frequently) patients die from complications, although the medical system is slow to acknowledge it. I think ME and CFS are one and the same? In the US it's called CFIDS, and in the UK it's usually ME. Possibly, fibromyalgia has the same cause, too. And Multiple Chemical Sensitivities seems to be another related illness, although all this hasn't been determined yet.
