I don't know about you but ever since I've had CFS I have suffered from moderate to severe anxiety. Whilst researching about the amygdala I found out about the Linden Method - this is for curing anxiety and it would appear that Charles Linden works on retraining the amygdala!! It backs up some of the information which Ashok Gupta claims about the causes of CFS and the function of the amygdala.
