Has anyone tried the "Fatigued to Fantastic" program?

I finished the book last week and will be starting it tomorrow.

Any input would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Hi I see this is an older post (2007) however I have just bought the book and have begun the program myself. How did you go on the program? Was it successful for you?? Very Happy

Well, good luck. Personally I would never follow the advice of someone who tells you to start a dozen supplements at once! As a CFS/ME/FM expert myself I always recommend to start one thing at once, and never ever continue taking something if it doesn't work (with some exceptions, like multivitamins).

Teitelbaum thinks that every symptom needs to be treated individually. Luckily it doesn't work like that. Teitelbaum doesn't know nearly as much about these illnesses as he claims - which is evident even from the titles of his books. If you compare his books to e.g. Jay Goldstein's, most of his advice appears laughable.

Follow the real experts - not people who aim to get rich off the claim that CFS/ME is "fatigue".
