Twitching, tremors, restless legs, frequent urination/ irritable bladder are all just regular symptoms. Low dose amytriptaline can ease pain associated with twitches and tremors when the muscle tightens. Not that I had tried it, but the doc keeps suggesting it.

I am getting very ba leg cramps, and my mucles are in a ball . I there anyone else getting this and if so what can help this. This is so painful so plese help me I sm tired os being tired. Thanks .
Sorry to hear about your leg cramps. I get them too. Tonic water drank daily used to be a recommended self treatment tho im not sure it still is. Its the quinine in the tonic water that eases the cramps. I believe the use of quinine started in africa to treat malaria. the generals began adding it to their gin to water down the taste and the cramp cure was born. Much less quinine is added today than it was then but people still drink tonic for cramps
