anyone know any vitamins to improve eyesight?

i can't find any on the net if anyone could suggest some it would be great.

Hi, I just saw your post today. Goji juice and bilberry are both good for the eyes. As far as vitamins, vitamin A, and Beta Carotene are necessary for good eye health. I hope that's a good start. Best wishes. Java.

thanks for replying. i have seen this in holland and barrett its called visionace http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/ ... rodid=1454 would you reccomend these tablets?

I'm not familiar with that particular product, but it is probably similar to many others that have a combination of good ingredients for eye health. As long as it is from a reputable company with proper quality control, then find the one that has the blend of ingredients you prefer.

ive read that leutin and essential fatty acids can help your eyesight.
