What I have been working on is to VARY ashoks techniques..

IM finding my visualisations easier as I refer to old photos of when i was healthy and visualise these photos with colours and feeling and sounds. I am doing this during the day and i find it helps me fall asleep

Im also combining the meditation and visualisation together so as im doing the meditation I visulise my healthy self ( from a photo )
