it kind of makes me jittery personally. I cant handle many things that are very stimulating. I get jittery and insomnia.
An acupunturist also gave me something called rhodiola root. I think its similar to gensing. but it was the same type of deal for me

Forget all Vitamins - eat a good diet with lots of water.

its important to stay focused on the AR programme and when your stress response has been lowered work on your core issues with a therapist.

The problems with taking all these vitamins/foods is that I dont think fo some they are getting to where they are needed most - ie mitochondria. i am focused on breaking more physical tension aswell as doing the AR programme !

If your trying to improve function in the mitochondria, i was just reading some articles by sarah myhill. She thinks cfs is caused by mitochondria dysfunction. For that she recommends D-ribose, Co-q10, acetyl-l-carnitine, NAD, magnesium and B12.

I only currently take b12 and coq10 out of all of those.

Probiotics are really helpful for me, im not sure why. But i take a brand called healthy trinity. I want find an alternative to it because its really expensive. Its about $110 for a 1 month supply. But it is helpful with my concentration and energy.
