Study suggests childhood Trauma Rewires Brain in CFS

The study seems to lend a lot of credibility to the Gupta Theory.

"This suggests that early trauma may "rewire" the brain in a way that makes people more vulnerable to developing chronic fatigue syndrome in adulthood, he says, adding that the finding could have implications for diagnosis and treatment."

Of particular note, is the commenting of Dr. Anthony Kamaroff from Harvard, who is considered the premiere CFS researcher by the medical community- and won't hesitate to call out a fraud. (He once had very harsh comments for Dr. Teitelbaum.)

Yep thats a good study.

The therapist that I am seeing ahs helped me identify my CORE issues and they revolved around traumas i had as a child.

Update:

6 months on the GUpta programme and now VARYING the programme :

1) Continuring with Gupta methods

2) Resolving my CORE issues / traumas - may try some inner child work

3) Engaging the brain & Self development

I've had a number of severe trauma episodes during my life but I have often wondered if it was a childhood trauma which set the scene for what happened later.
