I was speaking loosely.....
Ashok says the parasympathetic is not detoxing properly. Bugs I mean viruses, and baterial infections like mycoplasma and XMRV.....unwanted guests in other words.

Never bed bound but all over the place with all the tell tale symptoms.

From my own experience Gupta approach is best and perhaps some detox as you start to become parasympathetic ie saunas etc !

Th truth is the Gupta approach has been the one constant in my recovery and there have been MANY dips - i will keep going as I know it will get me to a level where I will be WELL.

There other things involved ie toxins however the stress response keeps these locked in - once you continually reduce the stress reponse these toxins should be released.

Yes i work full time! What you will notice is that you will stop re occuring thoughts initially which are totally bonkers - the calmer you get the more you will able to stop more of the CORE issues and start to improve your belief system.

Who ever is on this you should keep going and have FAITH!

Its almost 11 months for me! I cant wait when im 100 %!!

Neil,

I really think people have to give this programme a go - realistically it take upto a year to feel the benefits.
I know your in a rush to get back to uni as i was ina rush to do so much as well.
In time things will work out..a bit like the hare and tortoise race hey :)

Warm Regards
