Postby CS1 » Mon Nov 16, 2009 11:22 pm

Hi all

Just to let you know Im close to making a full recovery - I mean 100 %.

Everything is back on track - for me its been my therapist /life coach that has pulled me through as well as the Gupta Approach.

That's great news.

I know you've alluded to this life coach before, but I know a few of us would appreciate it if you have the time to explain your journey back to full health.

Well done.

CS, I agree with my 'peer' above me: could you find the time to ellude a bit on how both Gupta and your lifecoach helped you? What did you do? How much time did it take? Success stories are always nice to read and important for those moment where you want to give up.

Hi CS1,

on Nov. 10th you wrote that you are going to see a hypnotherapist. Has this already helped so much, just in 7 days?

Could you describe the symptoms you had, when you were in full blown ME/CFS?

thanks

There is definately more going on to REVERSE CFS than just the GUPTA programme.

I still use all the Gupta techniques and have dug deeper at my CORE issues and tried to resolve these.
The Life coach/therpaist works with timeline, NLP, emdr, EFT, hypnotherapy techniques - using these techniques in a session have taken me to whole new level. I can see that I will be better of the next coming months. I will continue working with her to really drive down the STRESS response and work on my lifegoals. I think we all need to work with a professional who understands CFS/Anxiety along this journey.

YES the Gupta programme alone is NOT pulling me through!

I am now detoxing myself of heavy metals from BRAIN/AMYGDALA and can feel the benefits now my stress response has been Normalised.

There is know doubt in my mind that Mercury and heavy metals are also involved in the Amygdala Hyperarousal and improving drainage of these toxins from the brain.

I had all mercury fillings removed and chelation therapy. The results were nothing but a large dental bill.

Its important to hightlight im feeling the effects of detox because im becoming more and more paraympathetic.

I am also detoxing VERY slowly and as well as increasing exercise slowly.

See this:

http://www.drmyhill.co.uk/article.cfm?id=407

The MOST important factor for me has been to work with a therapist / life coach to help me become more Parasympatheric alongside Guptas approach. Im starting to visualise with more ease and working on my subconcious.

Detoxing is secondary as the more parasympathetic you become the more your body will detox naturally.

If Ashoks program is to work effectively, we get into the Parasym state and we should detox anyway.
I am beginning to think that maybe some of us have stubborn road blocks...the symptoms just too strong to to get us into the parasymp state.

I have been following Rich Van Kronybergs work for years, could find no one here to work with. B12 etc
Last week I found a doctor turned Naturopath, who believes this theory and asked me "why have you stayed sick for 21 yrs' !!!!!!!
He whipped out a map of our methylation cycle, claiming we have a genetic abnormality with this system....cant detox effectively hence build up of pathogens and metals and other stuff. Otherwise he said why has't your husband got CFS...he has a mouth full of mercury.
By detoxing mercury, I think we are just taking one load of the system. If we are deficient in B12 we cant detox it I read some where

The methylation pathways looks like a busy freeway system all going smoothly until a truck gets stuck in one lane. Traffic still flows but SLOWLY.
He only charged me $50 for 1 hr and I am to spend $1000 for 3 tests in the US 1 hair test in Chicago, and 2 other tests with Metametrix USA http://www.metametrix.com/content/Home
He was THE most intelligent and knowledgeable guy I have seen in 21 yrs of CFS.
He said I cant fix your genes, but I can go around the problem by adding the right nutrients after we know what your body is lacking when we get tests done. Interesting the connection to Autism

Recently I had a B12 methyl cobalamin shot and I thought I died and went to heaven....but the next day it really speeded up the adrenaline like I wanted to fly and I did not get much sleep that night. Then I started injecting myself with half the dose 5000mg and I did not notice much difference and I stopped sleeping again. . Iherb.com have the Methyl B12 rather cheap and Folapro ...folic acid. best to have the sublingual B12 and put it under the top lip to dissolve as long as it takes... longer the better.
Meanwhile I am detoxing from mercury.
This guy does phone consultations from anywhere in the world. You just email your symptoms and he then talks to you.
