I watched all of the DVDs when I was completely bed bound and too weak to feed myself. Even though it may be geared to those who are a little more functional, my impression was that he tried to include the severely ill and mentions how to do the programme if you're bed bound. Sensations are sensations, whether minor or all consuming. That was my take on it, anyway! Even though I could only do the processes in my head, it helped me immensely. I'm not fully recovered, but I've become so involved in my "real life" that I haven't been good at keeping up with the programme. Even though I want to be more recovered (and assume I'll get there), I'm so grateful for the distance I've come - before the Gupta Programme, I had absolutely NO life.
All the best to you - I really think this programme is an excellent tool, for any level of functioning.
