Stress eraser V breathing exercises

Postby niaholt » Sun Nov 29, 2009 6:59 pm

I think the Stress Eraser has taught me HOW to breathe but I think it also stresses me as I tend to do well and then go off track for no reason and then I get frustrated with looking at it so I have stopped using it for a while. I came across this breathing demo and I use it along with Pranyana breathing exercises....a bit of variety. I can play this in the house and the wooshing breathing sounds remind me to breathe in and out This has to balance the Parasympathetic.

I find it more relaxing and I like the music. Really I need this strapped to my ear all day on an Ipod as 10 mins after stopping the exercises I am back to old habits of holding my breath. I am really going at this hammar and tongs to lower my high BP.......to think I laid in bed for 4 yrs with LOW BP and now I have the reverse....... Cant complain about variety with this illness.
