I wonder if anyone has tried the linden method course. I have done the lightning process, and the gupta programme, but still have quite a way to go in calming my emotions! I have read a bit about the linden method and seen some footage on you tube and wonder if there is anything new and/or useful that hasn't been covered in the two programmes i have done, and am still working with. i suspect exercise is involved which is a no-go for me at present.
Would be very grateful if anyone has any experience or knowledge of this.
