Discuss The Guptra Programme's Amygdala Retraining Techniqes

where to from here

Postby niaholt » Thu Dec 10, 2009 3:35 am

I have followed a close path like CS. I recently sent away for special tests to the USA, hair, urine, feaces. The result is mind blowing.............the worst numbers the doctor has ever seen in CFS person. Bio chemistry is completely screwed. This test cost me $1000 and I am so glad I had it done as I wont be shooting in the dark any more. The good news is he says he can fix it, but it will take time. The way my neurotransmitters are he said he does not know why my brain is not fried. I dont need to tell you what they said about the stress levels!!!!!! Monday I get the low down what to take.

What causes all this when I eat the best diet? I think stress thru an accident brought me to CFS. This opened the pathway to bugs and biochemistry malfunction. TRAUMA I think is behind it all.

I visited psychologist this week and told her about this program and she wants me to continue with it. However in the mean time she wants to do EMDR and a different kind of EFT in case i have bad reaction to the the EMDR. She believes I have PTSD, even tho my symptoms are not like those I read on the net...everyone is different. Here is hoping.....2010 has to bring good news for all of us.

In my case whats working now is a combination of:

Detoxing and Gutpa approach - the amygdala not only has to deal with the psychological stress but the toxins in the body /brain/amygdala.

Im detoxing metals/ pathogens /adding fats - as i do this I am continuing the Gupta techniques and i can feel the difference!

No they were not the usual tests that medical labs do. The tests were absolutely incredible.....cant understand them much....very in depth from specialized lab, not your usual medical lab. It measures your Kreb cycles and all the nutrients/aminos acids, neurotransmitters, gut bacteria in the body. Did metal tests too.

Hi Nia,

which lab did you use? I assume it is in the US. I had neurotransmitter therapy using Neuroscience products, the lab was Pharmasan labs. The therapy was incredibly helpful -- they rebalance the neurotransmitters in your brain using supplements.
The 4 main ones are adrenaline (which we probably have a lot of), noradrenaline (the "good" stresshormone), GABA (the calming transmitter), and serotonin (the happy transmitter).

They really help. Just wondering what the lab is, since mine did not do the other stuff.

Hi Archangel,
It was Metametrix http://www.metametrix.com/content/Home. Cant remember the hair one in Chicago. I did Neuroscience too but products were very expensive with our dollar exchange at the time and I did not notice a lot of difference. Now I am thinking since the neurotransmitters are made in the gut, the gut has to be fixed before the neurotransmitters can be re-balanced.

Is it not astounding that he medical profession dont do these kind of tests when the body can only operate through its own biochemistry. Our bodies are like a sewer system that gets blocked. The medical profession use a fire hose to fix everything rather than investigate and find out WHY the drain system is getting blocked in the first place. Guess there is much more money to be had in making firehoses.

so glad you got such a thorough result, i really hope this is the longed for breakthrough for you.
as i don't know anyone who could work with such test results here in the u.k and it would be very hard to work with a practitioner in australia or the u.s, i think i will go ahead and do the nutritional programme here at the optimum health clinic. that is unless someone on here says they are useless! they seem to keep up to date, but i don't think to the extent that your guy does.
let us know how you get on with it all, good luck.

My guy will work with anyone by phone and email. After all he is only going by results of tests and then he will tell you what to take. So far I am impressed in that he only charges $50 an hour. You can get 30 min appts. He has given up traditional medicine to concentrate on alternative and seems to know his stuff . He is in his late 50s....that is when you have lot of experience they say.

I am on another forum where a lady in the Bahamas is working with a Dr. Farr in Florida doing this gut thing. She got the CDSA (stool) test from Genova. Dont know if she got the amino acid profile. What she knows is mind blowing. She is doing a lot better now. I think she has only met him once as she was largely home bound. I said to my guy "only healthy people can go to Drs surgerys and he said that is so right" Only healthy people get proper health care.

im still pretty ill gut can make it to the doctors surgery, these tests can be very expensive and can add up. it sounds like people are desperate for a cure but this has not been proven.
