Unlocking physcal tension

Postby CS1 » Thu Dec 31, 2009 8:35 am

Still going through the fundamentals daily but adding massages , pinching, tapping to release more physical tension.

1) gupta techniques
2) core issues
3) interests - challenging the symptoms
4) Releasing physical tension
5) Gentle Detox / gentle exercise /saunas

36 years old coming upto 37 - ive been doing M.E for 20 years.

This illness really is about reducing our stress response, core issues and interupting your thoughts with Gupta techniques to allow your immune system to clear the toxins and repair. Of course you can try to speed the process and aid detoxing.

So the Psychological aspects are really key in my case aswell as is encouraging lymph movement ( perrin exercises )/ massage / rebounding, and increasing my heart rate ( slowly ).

CFS is a minefield, what works for one may not work for another.

I went no where near exoercise until 10 months on Gupta and now its time to push the boundaries slowly but surely.

Perrins theory off backflow of the lymphatic system - he wrote a book on it and is where some toxins get stuck! I only use the exericses in the book alongside rebounding.

These guys now alot about CFS:

Hi there. thats a very long time to be ill, after 20 years are you close to full recovery? you said you didn't do exercise after 10 months on gupta, what do you define as exercise? i dont use gupta much i can manage walking at the moment but i still cant go to the gym or play team sports.

I seem to be dipping around at the moment.

Still doing gupta
Adding more things to make me parasympathetic

I considered doing a martial art, like Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, to help unlock tension... but I'm not sure I'd be up to it physically until my body has had a chance of recovering a bit. I'm normally totally wiped out after any type of exercise. Even a night on the town picking up chicks left me in bed for 3 days afterwards!

Cheers,
Graham

Hi Neil.

Yes Im working!

Ive tried alot of things and the only thing that is working now is pulling all the elements together and reducing the stress response using the Gupta techniques. In my case there are other factors going on which Im addressing but I am sticking to the gupta techniques to continually lower the stress response!
