New Gupta e-mail with 3 hour seminar on DVD

Did you all get the e-mail/newletter from Ashok regarding the refresher course they filmed and put on DVD? In America I think it is 27 dollars to purchase by paypal.

I am sure I'm going to get it.

I sure need to be remotivated, I'm one of those that simply stopped doing the Stop. It is the strangest thing, how I KNOW how great I am when doing it, and that it IS the way for me to get completely better, but I just have not been doing it. Wish there were local, meet once a week groups. I feel that would be of such benefit. Oh, we are the pioneers I suppose. The internet is sure not the same...

This dvd is only for retrainers that finished the course. So that is likely why it is a newletter offer and not on the website.

I think it was 17 for the UK.

Have you all checked your e-mails?

It was in an email sent only to customers. If you've already purchased the programme, you should be on their email list. Send 'em an email if you already have the programme but didn't get the email.

Well I just got the e-mail and ordered the DVD. $31.00 AUS dollars for anyone who wants to know.
Maybe quicker to use as a review and motivator rather than all the other DVD's.

I ordered it last night, as soon as i read the e-mail. I think we all need hope and motivation with this strange illness, that is why this site is so brilliant. One of the major problems is the lack of any diagnostic markers, so we imagine this and that which can be very scary. Even if the Gupta programme does not bring everyone back to full health, it cannot hurt and does so much good in giving us tools that we can use for ourselves.
I remember they had problems sending out the last newsletter so maybe the gremlin is at work again. i'm sure everyone who has the course will get it, otherwise, e-mail, telephone- anything, you don't want the stress of being left out do you!

It was very insightful - i wish that there will be more - perhaps over 2 days!!!

At the time I had been doing Gupta for 6 months - I can now appreciate the programme more than ever the more i do it !!

I just have to keep going - and ease into it more reather than push!

My DVD arrived this morning, that was quick. I haven't watched it yet. It comes with a list of coaching themes which, at first glance, look very useful. Already I'm starting to think, 'I'm not doing this right"......hmmmm!!!

Don't get me wrong I do believe the gupta programme has improved many lives for people with cfs. However to think it is going to provide a cure is absolutley crazy it's comparable to thinking serious neurological conditions like MS can be cured too with the power of the mind and meditation. CFS is a severe illness I still dont believe the gupta can get me back to my previous health this is merely impossible.

Sorry about negativity on here, I just hate to see so many people becoming obessed with gupta being the cure when it clearly isnt. the people who have got better still have to do the techniques daily and live a healthy lifestyle. I doubt I could go out and drink 6 pints of beer like i used to and do 7 hours study plus go to the gym in the same day and feel releatively fine next the day. This is what i could do previously and feel ok, i think if i did that now i would be in bed for next 2 -3 days. lets be honest here guys theres still a long way to go to find a cure.

I dunno; I'm talking to more and more people who experienced tremendous emotional stress in the period before becoming ill with CFS. I'm inclined to believe now that the underlying cause really is stress.

I just got a duplicate e-mail. Ashok is resending the whole thing because of those of you that didn't get it. Some sort of 'puter glitch that didn't fully mail the list.
