I'd like to know what you were doing when first starting the programme. People mention to rest as much as possible but I'm afraid that slowing down too much would make me anxious about thing as simple as going to the store if I avoid doing it for a while, even if it fatigues me. I have a tendency to be anxious. What did you do to feel less isolated / useless (...!) ?
I see my wife during the evening but I sometimes feel quite lonely during the day.
