Never thought I'd feel/say this but after a week or so on Gupta I find I actually miss having negative thoughts about cfs etc. Using the STOP means I don't get to indulge them ... originally this was great but now I sort of miss having them around which is weird because I am not a self-pitying sort. But I did have a daily 'why me?' etc session and sometimes this was sort of comforting (I now realise). Anyone else felt like this? I guess it is a sign that I am changing, or in unfamiliar territory, or something.
