I was researching the brain in order to understand more about the amygdala when I found Ashok Gupta.
I was extremely impressed with his findings as I believe that stress reactions are counterproductive when helping adults to learn.
I have a friend who suffers from ME and I recognised all the symptoms. I shall be asking her if it is ever mentioned at ME meetings.
