white noise and amygdala

I was wondering what else we might be doing to stimulate the amygdala
and thought of our air filters. They are the large Austin air filters and my
sons have one in their rooms on level 2 which is quite noisy but we thought this white noise would be good but now wonder...

Not sure about how to answer this one. I'm not an expert on white noise effects, it depends on whether it makes you feel "stressed" or wired when you hear it,
