Discuss The Guptra Programme's Amygdala Retraining Techniqes

Hi M1she11e,

To me you come across as being very similar to the rest of us - someone who is desperately looking for a solution and sick of going down the wrong path. We all question and I think that is ok. I appreciate your willingness to seriously consider this and give an apology. Keep looking.

Hi,

I have to agree with M1she11e. I discounted a few posts as "iffy" but I probably would not have commented. I just cannot believe how mad some of you are getting.

Please don't come down on me now. I am making an observation, not making accusations.

I have already ordered the program after watching Cort's blog. I hope that the program doesnt make me as angry as some of you seem to be getting.

real responses

Postby dmbaken » Fri Dec 12, 2008 5:30 pm

Hi Jess

Maybe the responses are the real responses of real people who feel a little slighted becasue they think they have been slurred by accusations. I am not condoning the responses but that may well explain it.

Personally I just to have good conversations about this programme and how it is working for people. It can be difficult and I wish there were more (any) people in our area using it becasue while Ashok does a great job of explaining and answering questions on the DVD's sometimes its great to hear about others experiences. My two girls are really benefiting from having a mother who is about a month ahead of them.

Anyway. I hope that you find benefit in the programme Jess. Corts progress with it has been slow. I wonder if that is because (as he admits) he has not been doing the real programme.

P.S. if you doubt me then try googling me. I tried it yester and there is quite a history of about 10 years. You could also try Cort as we have had email contact and so he will be able to see that my work email (sorry boss) is a NZ university one.

Better go - its saturday here, we are trying to sell our house and I have to lay lino.

Regards

Don

I totally understand being skeptical about spending more money because there are beautiful sharks out there that prey on sick people, but when offered an fairly easy way to heal for the price of 2-3 sessions with a one-on-one therapist, I think this should be given the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions and making accusations.

You can't judge what you don't know. Besides that; we don't see people as they are, we see them as we are.

Oh, and another thing. I'm amazed by the lengthy replies by Ashok Gupta himself. Praise for that. Call me naieve, but that does not sound like someone who's just in it for some bucks.[/i]
