Discuss The Guptra Programme's Amygdala Retraining Techniqes

wonderful holiday!

Postby dmbaken » Mon Jan 26, 2009 4:57 pm

Hi all,

I have just got back from my wonderful holiday! The best thing about it was how well my wife and children were. They had such a good time (and so of course so did I). MA now estimates that she is 70-80% better (up from 5-10%). She went down water slides, swung off swings into the river and walked for miles. All with no crash! The girls are also improving so much. We are having to look at them doing more schooling this coming year (our school year starts at the beginning of Feb).

We put the meditation exercises etc onto MP3 players so they could do them while we were camping.

Still not fully cured yet (e.g. still gets migraines, but after much more activity). Glad that others are doing well also.

Regards

Thank you for this report. It is very heartening. Could you remind me again of your wife's situation prior to doing the Amygdala retraining- diagnosis, symptoms, etc?

Thanks,

Sam

Hi

MA started getting sick about 11 year a ago. It started with stomach problems (candidiasis etc) and developed from there. 5 months ago she was in a wheel chair for anything more that 10 -20 meters. She would limit the times she walked down the hall between our bedroom and the lounge each day. She cooked few meals. She had a hysterectomy for endo 2.5 years ago. We can't get quantitative counts of EBV etc in NZ so I can't talk about that. She has been on lots of meds for pain (abdominal, lower back, hands and feet, and migraines). Had bad sleep problems so on benzo. Lots of hormone probs even before the hysterectomy. Low mood probs. Has had lots of allergies (dust, pollens, and foods). Brain fog.

I hope this helps. She would be better writing this but she does notreally like computers.

regards

Don
