You may very well be right about the amygdala. I don't know. The comparative trials/data should tell the story.

But, I can't imagine for the money you'll find a more comprehensive program. For $190, even if you used it strictly as a stress program it would be a good investment. He put a lot into it. For me it was money well spent.

Will the final paper include information on how participants were diagnosed? Will it include the self assesment questionairre? Since a self assessment of daily functioning is not part of the CFS diagnosis, I want to know what happened to the participants other symptoms, such as enlarged lymph nodes, sore throats, impaired memory, etc. Using the Karnofsky scale, I am at about 75% functioning, so to me, saying 80% is equivalant to being fully recovered is misleading and plain wrong. And as I said before, having lab tests to determine whether the immune system has normalized, HPA axis normalized, etc., would go a long way toward proving this treatment.
