Hi question on adrenal gland

Discuss The Guptra Programme's Amygdala Retraining Techniqes

Gattone,

my AF was diagnosed through saliva testing for cortisol levels: 8 AM, noon, 4 PM, 10 PM. Plus, I had horrendous symptoms: trembling, incredible fatigue, sleep disturbances, unable to handle stress, etc. All the classic symptoms. I am now on hydrocortisone.

Adrenal Burnout

Postby jennyalynn » Mon May 18, 2009 4:06 am

Hello Gattone,

I'm not very familiar with the Gupta programme though one of my graduates is working with some of Ashok's clients.

In my experience of working with many people on a one to one basis with ME/CFS if there is complete burnout, clearly it takes longer to recover. The most important thing in my opinion, is to change your expectations of yourself and alter your subconscious beliefs about where you belong in the world.

Many people with ME/CFS put incredible pressure on themselves to be superhuman. Recovery has to start slowly with the acknowledgement that it is ok to be only human.

This immediately lifts the pressure off the immune system and slowly allows the body to find its equilibrium. This is also obviously aided with supernutrition and supplementation. You need alot of patience. Something that can be in short supply with sufferers.
Best wishes
Jenny

Adrenal Burnout can be cured.
Get a copy of 'The Secret" because it is important when you are very sick to be in the right frame of mind. You want to be positive and its very difficult with all those stress hormones working against you. I watched the movie over and over again because I firmly believe it has something very important to say to someone who is chronically ill. Dr Wilsons's Future Formulations products are great for Adrenal Fatigue although you need to take them for more than a year. Nutritional supplements take some time but it is the only thing that will work( in my opinion). He has a book out about Adrenal Fatigue that you can get from the library with recommendations about diet and exercise. If you are female taking natural progesterone helps. Sick bodies become estrogen dominant and that puts stress on the hormone system. Its working for me.
I also do Holosync it is a brain wave entrainment program for meditators. I have been doing it for 2 years and I am noticing that it is getting easier to be centred when before with this illness I was just a bundle of nerves. I have been taking Adrenal supplements for 6 months with definite improvements along the way. I wouldn't be without it.
All the best

Hello,
I have been told I have adrenal gland fatigue. I will see my doctor in Philly tomorrow and ask him about the "return" of proper function. I am going to try the program because I have been doing everything to fix the deficiences in hormones, minerals, infections etc. but I do believe my brain needs help too.
Will let you know about the answer if I remember to ask tomorrow, Ha!
Good luck
