Just like to make some comments on having dipped.
I noticed i was locked into feeling pissed off that Id dipped...this was all I could think about........comparing to where I was a month ago to where I am now...this wasn't doing my Amygdala any good...I had to recognise that i was doing this.....then do some stops etc on it.
I had to ACCEPT where I am now and build again from there.
Everything now is a lot more subtle...the thoughts......the pains[which i wouldnt really call it pain...just a ''feeling in my legs''] I was ignoring this ''feeling'' and NOT working on it....because it wasnt like it was before.
Just some thoughts that may help someone else who has dipped.

Just read your post and I have some thoughts!

Congratulations! There is a tendency in people with CFS to expect instant recovery and to forget just how far they have come. I've worked with many. Assessing where you are at each stage of the journey in the here and now changes your habit of always striving for perfection and teaches you to accept "I am" much better than "I will be" or "I'm not yet".
