I noticed i was locked into feeling pissed off that Id dipped...this was all I could think about........comparing to where I was a month ago to where I am now...this wasn't doing my Amygdala any good...I had to recognise that i was doing this.....then do some stops etc on it.
I had to ACCEPT where I am now and build again from there.
Everything now is a lot more subtle...the thoughts......the pains[which i wouldnt really call it pain...just a ''feeling in my legs''] I was ignoring this ''feeling'' and NOT working on it....because it wasnt like it was before.
Just some thoughts that may help someone else who has dipped.
