How to fit it all in?

Postby noeshe » Sun May 24, 2009 11:36 pm

Hi, I'm new here. I've only recently been diagnosed with CFS, although looking back I think it has been going on for at least 20 years :?

Anyway, I started the AR a few days ago, can't say yet if it's working obviously. For the moment I only had a question.

I'm a single mom with 2 kids (4 years old and 11 months old) and I wonder how to fit the breathing, meditation, stop-technique etc. in between my caring for the kids. Meditating in the morning is no option, neither is dropping my youngest on the floor every time I need to do the stop stop stop (which is lots of times for now!)

Are there more parents here and can you give me any tips on how to fit it all in??

If it were me, I'd do a one handed stop stop stop and since babies love movement you could do the stop stop stop shuffle : )

Other wise sitting or laying is gonna work I'd think if you imagined moving but said everything out loud.

I wouldn't give up doing the main technique and I wouldn't stress about not doing the breathing. Do what you can.
