Anyway, I started the AR a few days ago, can't say yet if it's working obviously. For the moment I only had a question.
I'm a single mom with 2 kids (4 years old and 11 months old) and I wonder how to fit the breathing, meditation, stop-technique etc. in between my caring for the kids. Meditating in the morning is no option, neither is dropping my youngest on the floor every time I need to do the stop stop stop (which is lots of times for now!)
Are there more parents here and can you give me any tips on how to fit it all in??
