I think its important at some point in our healing to observe how we move. Look at your ''posture'' at a particular time. When we are in certain physical movements,[and this could be just sitting in a paticular way]the body can remember this as part of the stress response and fire off the Amygdala.Changing the WAY we move helps change those Neural pathways.
Ive started doing a thing called ''Wu Tao'[you can google it]'which is a combination of ballet and I guess chinese movements from Qui Gong or things like tai chi.We are all unaware of how our body state is on a minute to minute basis. With the ''stop stop.we are observing our body state..releasing the tension.
