Its hard to say if im feeling any better yet (its only been a week), because ive had some really stressful things going on lately. But ive been sleeping well. So ill keep doing it and report back later.

kenvj wrote:CFT - you can do the S&F anytime your feel tense or anxious or stessed - you can do as often as you want, its one of the best techniques I know of. You don't have to do a full 20 mins, although thats the best way - 10 mins here and there will help.
