Thank you so much CSI, that is so helpful, I intend to copy it out and stick it up!! Anal I may be but I don't care! interesting about the chakras, there has been debate before as to which chakra is the dominant one in m.e. It sounds as though he is suggesting that the solar plexus chakra is where things are stuck. Will work on that one.
The link with autism is interesting too, i have pondered that myself, with our acute sensitivity and so on.
Encouraging that Ashok thought himself not good enough, I wonder how many of us carry this and how often it is reflected, even very subtley in out thoughts.
