Postby neil25 » Fri Aug 28, 2009 3:35 am

I have been recently diagnosed with CFS, I am really interested in purchasing the GUPTA programme but at £99 i can't afford it being a student. My health is at the point at getting worse. Is there anyone from the UK here who can lend me a copy? i know this is a lot to ask but im kind of out of choices at the moment im just so terrified at the moment, some days i really dont want to live. please can anyone help me.

To be fair it wouldnt be worth you just being lent one dvd you would need the whole package. One friend of mine went halves with the package with another friend with M.E and they share it.

Firstly - don't panic. You WILL get through this, CFS is not a death sentence, it's not forever, and you are not alone. I really feel for you but I would recommend scrimping and saving the £99. In the big picture that's very little cash.

If you really can't, you will be doing yourself a massive favour if you RELAX and work on the fear aspect. Stay calm, trust in your body's ability to get better and forget all the scariness associated with CFS, doctors, diagnoses, theories etc. This will be very hard but believe me it feels much easier when you're armed with the techniques Ashok teaches.

Hi Neil.
Good advice had beeen given to you. I will add my bit. Some of us have been ill for quite some time and have wasted money on lots of bogus stuff until now, pills, quackery of all sorts. You are lucky to be ill at this time with a program like Ashoks to help you out of this....to actually KNOW what is causing the illness and work on recovery.

It takes absolute committment to do it, and believe in it, and one of the things you have to deal with is FEAR adnstat to Relax. My belief is about loaning, borrowing the program and not having to personally feel the financial pain of actually buying it, makes you less committed to it. Have noticed it with the ones around me who I have loaned it to......dont appreciate the magnitude of Ashoks effort. I thought I had found a gold mine. I think you will too if you can find the money from family, friends etc it will be well worth it.

If you truly can't get the money somehow then send an email to Ashok - he is a very reasonable guy - he might help.

thanks guys for all your kind words, i think i hit a brick wall today. just had a huge argument with one of my friends who doesn't understand this condition. I just feel so lonely and helpless. It seems to get harder and harder. i feel like im trying so much to get better but my body isn't making any change. the thought of feeling like this my whole life fills me with so much fear. ive already started taking a lot of vitamins and making drastic diet changes but none seem to help. if i could just have enough energy to get out the house it would be amazing.

Finding this forum is the best thing which has ever happened to me. sorry if i went on im just feeling mega depressed today with not having much to live for.

I tried looking if i could get the money yesterday and get a loan of money off someone but no one was willing to help me. i don't know when i will have the money to buy the gupta programme probably not for a while.
