there are many, many recovery stories, really there are. you are able to walk for 15 minutes which is very good news, also you have not had the illness for very long. your prospects for a good recovery are excellent. as soon as you possibly can get the gupta programme, save like mad, and contact them as soon as possible and explain your situation. meanwhile, forgive me if you already know this, but are you breathing properly. so often when we feel stressed and scared, we breath fast using our chest muscles, if you can slow the breath down, and breath from your belly, you will begin to feel calmer.
