I went for a bike ride today. Did the S & F beforehand and afterwards. I refuse to think about tomorrow. lol! I have been looking at holiday destinations as well.

Great im going to as many social events as i can ...Im learning what my weaknesses are ...at the moment its my breathing,...im over breathing!...so will have to slow the breathing down,,,

Breathing much better and working on,,.,,,VARYING ALL the GUPTA techniques - adding more meditations,relaxations, visualisations and then DOING all the things i LOVE doing....listening to music...watching comedys etc!



I want to add more and more distractions and more DAILY !!

Im really getting interested in unblocking CHAKRAS!

I think there is abook/Cd by Carolyn Myss about unblocking chakras. She wrote a book about 12 yrs ago claiming we brought on our own illnesses...or something like that.
