Cinnamon can be used for keeping away fatigue.
you can take half a tsp of cinnamon on your food or taken raw after food helps to reduce fatigue and increase the ability of the body to utilize glucose.

Cinnamon has been being used for last many years to resolve
fatigue problem.If we'll use it on regular basis Really it works

thats a new one to me. Ive heard of most things, but not cinnamin for fatigue.
